Big Hearts Home Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to start work immediately. This position can be in-office, remote or working from home. We are looking for a team member that will conduct assessments and progress reports. We service seniors, injured workers, accident victims, discharged patients and others. Under the direction of the Operations Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct care
to clients to fulfill the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of clients and in
accordance with our policies, procedures and work routines.
